We offer employees the opportunity to develop their skills with certification courses such as “Obtaining SCRUM Product Owner certification.”

We place a specific focus on helping Adonians develop and consolidate their skills in the various areas of expertise that we offer within the firm: Data, Supply Chain, Digital in Store, e-Commerce, etc.

These training courses are offered as 100% e-learning with a variety of content (MOOCs, videos, articles, etc.).

70% of our training courses have been created by consultants for consultants.

Our employees are involved in both facilitating training courses (e.g., Fresque du climat, Adone Aventure) and creating or continuously improving them.

We want to enable our teams to specialize according to their desires and affinities, adapting their skills development throughout their career progression:

Methodology/Project management: training courses on the consulting profession to become experts and master the tools of project management: budget monitoring, planning, and workload planning.

Interpersonal skills: training in soft skills: communication, interpersonal intelligence, public speaking, etc.

Management & leadership: tailor-made modules to develop leadership and managerial skills: team management, developing through delegation, practicing effective feedback, etc.

Expertise & professions: to become experts in our areas of expertise (digital in-store, e-commerce, green transition, etc.) or to understand industry trends and challenges.

There are different types of training courses to appeal to as many people as possible and allow everyone to take courses according to their needs and desires.

Online training courses, freely accessible: Resources (short content to learn about a subject (article, white paper, video), E-learning modules (training courses consisting of several resources, available independently), Courses (a set of e-learning modules and/or virtual classes), MOOCs (video-based training with validation quizzes (available via Openclassrooms). Since the arrival of our LMS, we have been creating fun and immersive training courses and programs consisting of a variety of content: interviews, infographics, and quizzes to enhance the learning experience for employees. These include: Brand Immersion to immerse yourself in our corporate culture, Practices Discovery to understand our areas of expertise, the Climate Fresk, and Adone Aventure, specially designed to introduce you to new methods of ideation and collective intelligence. We also offer synchronous training, either in person or remotely, with an internal or external trainer.

Training begins as soon as employees are onboarded through the Adone Skills program. New recruits have access to all content on our LMS as soon as they arrive, without having to wait until the end of their trial period.

Throughout their experience, Adonians have three key moments of exchange with their HR manager to discuss their needs in terms of their mission or skills development.
