Our best practices

At Adone, you become part of the team as soon as you sign your contract! Our pre-boarding program allows new Adonians to learn more about the company and their future colleagues, to plan for their assignments, and to feel at ease from day one thanks to regular follow-ups and updates.

Where possible, we start all new recruits on the same day so that they can get to know each other. The induction day is held on Monday and aims to introduce the firm, the Adone mindset, and the internal tools that will be useful to them in their daily work.

New consultants are also welcomed by their manager, who introduces them to the team members and their respective roles in the assignment. Throughout the assignment, regular meetings are held with the manager.

In-person workshops and remote conferences on topics such as parenting & professional life, personal development, disability in the workplace, and more are planned throughout the year!

Examples of initiatives proposed and implemented by employees:

  • Sports and wellness sessions with Adone Feel Good
  • Cultural and artistic outings with Adone Arts
  • Social, environmental, and societal initiatives through the CSR Committee
  • Event organization by the AdonEvents team
  • Discovering wine through Adonœnology

That is why Adone pays particular attention to the training and employability of its consultants by offering them multiple learning opportunities.

Thanks to this community of experts, the methods, tools, and know-how related to project management are shared.

Mission feedback, webinars on trends, provision of standard deliverables, monitoring of tools and methods, community leadership, training tailored to each consultant’s level… these are our challenges to help you manage your mission effectively.

There are many different ways to communicate opportunities at Adone:

  • Newsletters and emails (internal newsletter, job newsletter, occasional emails, etc.) sharing company news, photos of after-work events and sports sessions, and all HR and administrative information
