    Adone managers are in the field, working directly with their clients on functional or technical development projects or change management, exclusively in the luxury and retail sectors.

    They are constantly involved in understanding client needs and activate the right consultant profiles to ensure the success of each project.

    Because Adone supports its clients on large-scale projects, we favor long-term assignments to allow managers to make a long-term commitment.

    Versatile, they are able to adapt to all challenges and all interlocutors while remaining true to their convictions.

    At Adone, we favor a “farming” approach so that our managers can establish themselves in their role and build a relationship of trust with our clients in order to seize business opportunities at the right moment.

    Our managers may be asked to participate in responses to calls for tenders. As they progress in their careers, employees are required to carry out pre-sales and open accounts.

    Whether commercial, related to Adone’s image or development, or even employee well-being, all initiatives will be welcomed and carefully reviewed by the Management Committee and, if necessary, a budget will be allocated to the employee who will lead the project.

  • We organize various meetings to discuss the firm’s latest news, brainstorm together, and get to know each other better:

    • Monthly Leadership Team
    • Quarterly Management Committee
    • Annual Seminar

    Organization, business, recruitment, human resources, practices, CSR…: Managers are informed of all the directions taken in order to anticipate the various actions to be taken to support changes within the firm.

    These meetings also feature external speakers from a variety of backgrounds who provide insight to managers.
