Adone Conseil

While Adone Conseil attaches great importance to the well-being of its employees, the firm is also concerned about its social and environmental impact. For several years now, we have been stepping up our initiatives in this area, which are now taking shape through a structured CSR policy.

Our Engagements

CSR Committee

In order to meet our firm’s growing ambitions in terms of CSR and the expectations of our employees, our CSR Committee is led by around 40 employees and is composed of three streams through which numerous projects are deployed.

CSR Report

We have formalized our approach to Corporate Social Responsibility in this CSR Report, which covers all the initiatives carried out in 2024. It is thanks to the work of our CSR Committee that we have been able to successfully complete many projects of which we are proud. Of course, we are aware that we still have a lot of work to do to continue improving our impact !

Global Compact

As signatories to the United Nations Global Compact, we are committed to aligning our strategy and operations with the 10 universal principles of the United Nations in the areas of human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption.

EcoVadis certification

Our CSR performance has been recognized by EcoVadis, the largest and most reliable sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility rating agency. This assessment allows us to identify areas where we can focus our efforts to improve our societal impact.

2017

Creation of the internal programme AdonEarth

Solidarity plays an integral role at Adone Conseil. We created this program to enable our employees to carry out projects that facilitate their commitment to solidarity, through international missions and local initiatives.

2021

First EcoVadis certification with a score of 54/100

Reflecting our investment over several years, this first certification has enabled us to obtain the Silver medal from the EcoVadis label.

2023

Creation of the CSR Committee

Born out of the desire of Adonians to see Adone invest not only in humanitarian issues but also in social and environmental issues, we have created this CSR Committee, divided into three distinct streams: environmental, societal, and ethical & QLWC (Quality of Life and Working Conditions). This Committee is led by our employees and is intended for our employees.

First Carbon Footprint Assessment

In an effort to understand and reduce our carbon footprint, we have voluntarily carried out our first certified carbon assessment.

Second EcoVadis certification

For this reassessment, we continued to make progress, achieving a score of 69/100.

2024

EcoVadis Gold Medal

This third assessment resulted in us being awarded the Gold medal, placing us in the 98th percentile and enabling us to rank among the top 2% of responsible companies assessed by the label.
