Interns and work-study students
An initial telephone conversation with a Recruitment Officer to get to know each other.
An interview with a Recruitment Officer to discuss your career plans and learn more about the firm.
A final interview with one of our Managers to demonstrate your motivation and find out more about your tasks and responsibilities.
Consultants
An initial telephone conversation with a Recruitment Officer to get to know each other.
An interview with a Recruitment Officer to discuss your career plans and learn more about the firm.
An interview with one of our managers to present your skills and expertise and give you an overview of the assignments we carry out for our clients.
A final interview with a senior manager or principal to discuss your motivations for joining Adone and gain a clear understanding of your career plan.
Managers
An initial telephone conversation with a Recruitment Officer to get to know each other.
An interview with a Recruitment Officer to discuss your career plans and learn more about the firm.
A second interview with one of our Senior Managers or Principals to assess your expertise. A third interview with one of our Directors or Partners to demonstrate the added value you would bring to our firm. A final discussion with Associate Directors during which you will give a presentation.
