Manager programs
At Adone Conseil, we are proud to offer our Manager Programs, an internal coaching initiative designed to support the future managers of our consulting firm.
Launched in 2017, this program was created to support Senior Consultants in their transition to the role of Manager at Adone Conseil. It has been continuously enriched over the years to offer a management development path that is increasingly adapted to the challenges of the profession, the expectations of participants, and the values of the firm.
In short
At Adone Conseil, two management development programs are offered, providing two distinct paths to evolve into the roles of Manager or Advanced Manager.
These programs are structured around two complementary components:
Personalized management training
Each participant receives tailor-made training covering key management skills. The program teaches participants how to lead a team, strengthen their managerial interpersonal skills, and master the administrative and organizational aspects of the managerial role.
Professional scenarios
The program includes concrete and continuous simulations, during which participants supervise and lead teams in real-life conditions. This approach encourages the immediate application of the skills acquired and a better understanding of the day-to-day challenges of management.
Throughout the program, each participant supports employees and guides them in their career development within Adone Conseil, fully embodying their role as a manager.
The Cap Manager program
It trains Senior Advanced Consultants in the roles and responsibilities of the perfect HR Managers! The goal is to improve managerial proximity within the firm and enhance the role of HR Management.
Throughout the year, numerous meetings are organized:
- Program launch: To provide a clear overview of the schedule.
- Regular follow-up meetings: To offer personalized coaching and dedicated support from experienced managers.
- Several training sessions: To advance knowledge of HR management.
This program offers two promotions per year, one in January and one in June.
The Cap Manager Advanced program
Designed for Senior Consultant Advanced and Managers, this program aims to establish the Adone Manager’s position around three dimensions: HR management, business development, and internal investment to support the firm’s growth.
This year of support is organized around multiple meeting points:
- The kick-off meeting :
This allows members to start the program with confidence and peace of mind, with a clear vision of what to expect in the coming year. - Four quarterly meetings and regular follow-ups:
The purpose of these meetings is to provide personalized coaching and dedicated follow-up by experienced managers and senior management. It is an opportunity to review the candidates’ progress and provide them with valuable advice for the rest of the program and their careers. - Discussions with former Cap Managers:
Members will be able to talk to former participants and benefit from their feedback. In particular, this will be an opportunity for them to get advice and understand what is expected of a manager at Adone. - A robust training program :
Each Cap Manager receives up to six training sessions per year, covering various areas: recruitment, sales meeting presentations, conducting performance reviews, interpersonal skills, a consulting approach to sales, and managerial expertise at Adone. These training sessions will enable them to effectively perform their managerial duties with the people assigned to them. - A final presentation to the Management Committee :
As Adone’s DNA is to be proactive, participants are also encouraged to propose projects to help the firm’s development. At the end of the year, each eligible Cap Manager Advanced submits a dossier to the Executive Committee containing their Manager roadmap with the areas they wish to focus on and their thoughts on their place within the firm as a future Manager. The aim of this final interview is to ensure that Cap Managers Advanced are well positioned in their role at Adone and ready to become Managers.
